Projects Coordinator
In this role you will be support the Project Team and Senior Project Manager in organising resources, time and people to develop and deliver our projects safely, to time and budget. Working in a client facing environment, this role is key to monitoring progress across multiple disciplines, tracking and reporting progress and negotiating priorities and timelines with customers, suppliers and project team members. Based on site for at least 2-3 days per week, the post-holder will participate in project meetings, maintain appropriate records and provide continuous feedback on progress and setbacks. Acting pro-actively, the project coordinator shall take action where progress in unsatisfactory and propose strategies for resolution to the Senior Project Manager and Project Team.

Dalkia is seeking a Project Administrator to support our operational Project Construction teams in solving complex planning, technical and construction challenges through Project management disciplines and solutions and allow us to grow our unique culture as we grow the business. You’ll be an integral part of the team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and act as a key member of the Project Team organising systems, monitoring procedures and collating progress reports. You will be supporting project team members through an exciting time of growth for Imtech, hence your ability to establish your professional and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor within the team will be key. This is a full-time opportunity will be based on an Dalkia Project construction site.
