Our bespoke engineered, safety classified, instrumentation and control marshalling cabinets – a first of a kind to be designed and made in the UK – link the power station’s control systems together, playing a vital role in HPC’s long-term operations.
Working collaboratively with EDF NNB, we designed and delivered a fit-for-purpose prototype to better understand the design and manufacturing process and seek valuable feedback from our customers and manufacturing technicians.
This process ensured the final designs were fully optimised before manufacturing so that we could deliver a high-quality, right-first-time solution in line with the project’s demanding schedule.
