Each year we have a number of graduate opportunities covering a range of disciplines. We generally look to recruit individuals with an electrical, mechanical, energy or environmental engineering background. You will need a 2.2 or equivalent obtained within the last 2 years and ideally have membership of a professional body such as CIBSE, IET, IMechE or Energy Institute.
Real Jobs
At Dalkia, our graduate programme differs from some other companies in that we give graduates the opportunity to undertake a real job from day one. This could be in a role as a Design or Project Engineer; Operational Support or Project Management, Energy Management or Sales Development.

Training & Development
We recognise that graduates are our managers and hopefully directors of the future. To that end we supplement our real jobs with a real training and development programme, which is bespoke to our graduates. We have our own training facility in the UK enabling us to offer a range of training from H&S, finance and presentation skills. We also offer management training leading to a Certificate in Management initially with the opportunity to develop further management skills going forward.
Package
